My name is Tatjana Sazonova, and I am a licensed real estate agent registered with the Asti Chamber of Commerce (REA No. AT/130622).

I was born in Riga, Latvia, and have been living in Italy since 2008. Having personally experienced moving to and living in Italy, I understand many of the needs and challenges international clients may face when deciding to buy a property in Italy.

I hold a Master's degree in Computer Science and, before becoming a real estate agent, I worked for several years in the IT sector in Italy. This background has given me a precise and analytical approach to my work, which I now apply to real estate, particularly when reviewing documentation and managing the different stages of a property transaction.

I assist my clients throughout the entire buying process: from the property search and viewings to preliminary checks, negotiations and the final notarial deed, helping them navigate the practical and administrative aspects of buying a home in Italy.

I work closely with my husband, architect Claudio Gallo, who has extensive experience in the renovation and construction of houses and swimming pools, as well as in improving the energy efficiency of buildings.

This close collaboration allows us to continue supporting our clients even after the purchase, particularly those who wish to renovate, restore or enhance their new property.
